Building delightful products steeped in research

For the past year, I've been untangling the intricacies of B2B products as a UX designer at SAP Labs, Bangalore.

As the UX designer, I worked with the clients to understand the process behind escrow services and ideated for it to be generalized to smaller value transactions. The resulting dashboard system allowed for seamless transaction creation, tracking and admin control.

As a product management lead, designer and workshop facilitator, I co-founded a non-profit organization with a web-app resource platform. The application collates teaching and progress tracking tools to improve the efficiency, impact and consistency of youth groups and grassroots level NGOs, and secured funding as one of the winners of the Global Goals Hackathon, 2021.

Card Game / Illustration / Early Learner Development

As a designer, researcher and illustrator for the card game, I learned about early learners' development needs and how they intersect with gender. ‘Call It’ explores the possibility that gender stereotyping might be reduced without explicitly addressing gender at all, encouraging acceptance of counter-stereotypical roles.

As an interaction designer at SAP Labs, I research, ideate and design with a cross-functional team for the Complaint Handling Application. The product helps analysts manage complaints seamlessly from end-to-end and provides a holistic view on the issue status and the follow-up activities of complaints.
